The Toes of the Image...
by drew sagan ina few weeks ago some visiting speakers wife gave a comment that almost made me want to hurl.
these people are know for having "goods" in the form of info passed along from people at bethel.
anyway, i guess one of these bethel guys have been saying in their talks that we are so deep into the end of this system that in relation to the giant image related in the book of daniel, we are now not simply in the peroid of time represented by the feet, we are in its toes!

by greendawn indo you think there is any benefit at all in being virtuous sexually, ie foregoing sexual gratification, or is it a total waste of time and effort as our atheist friends would say?
is there anything to be gained by it, would you find a virtuous person a more trustworthy partner for example?

Amish widower lost thousands in prostitute sex scam
by zagor inchardon, ohio (ap) a 75-year-old amish widower, afraid his church community would find out about him seeking sex from a prostitute, was scammed out of more than $67,000 from the prostitute and her boyfriend, a r says.
jake byler of burton township gave the pair the money because they had convinced him that photos of byler and the prostitute would appear on the internet, county prosecutor david joyce said.. kimberly m. webber, 35, and patrick t. lansdowne, 41, of cleveland, were indicted tuesday on six felony charges, including extortion, theft from an elderly person and burglary.
both remained jailed on wednesday and could not be reached for comment.

I could see someone going for a mass tort suit, in the style of the TV ads that ask if you have suffered a particular condition to call their hot line. I could see a similar ad, if you have refused a blood transfusion or a member of your family has, call xxx-xxxx. They get enough plaintiffs together and file a mass tort suit, it could get interesting.

the permits were pulled last year about this time (much to the annoyance of the locals) and when inquiries were made of local bethelites the word on the street became "the governing body hasn't decided whether or not to go through with the project.
